Esencia has successfully served over 480 clients over 20 plus years with innovative design and quality customer service. We started out of a house back in 1990 and today to focus on our primary goal: design creative solutions to make interactive spaces that are as unique as they are functional.

Our architectural design practice in based in Phoenix, Arizona and examples of our work can be seen all over the country. Our clients include a wide range of industries such as: national accounts and local commercial clients. Our projects span from new construction, tenant improvements, multiple site property and ADA compliance programs.

Our team uses leading technology to deliver graphic rendering and 3D models used to analyze structures before they are built. We isolate conflicts and address any surprises during the design phase and eliminate client & contractors frustration. We are LEED AP Certified, and continue to educate ourselves on cutting edge products and green building technology.
